DHS Immigrations and Customs Enforcement (ICE) chose Citizant in 2017 to provide Data Management Support Services for the Technology Transformation Office/Data Management Branch. Citizant maintains ICE’s enterprise data architecture, improves meta-data quality, and sustains data sharing with external partners.
Citizant invests heavily in the development of enterprise methods and tool expertise based on best practices from Government, industry, and academia. Our team has extensive experience in a variety of data management frameworks, methodologies, best practices, and tools such as SharePoint, EAIR, Erwin, Jira, and Collibra. Our team includes experienced and proven data architects and business process analysts to provide comprehensive data management support to the ICE Technology Transformation Office.
Since the inception of DHS, Citizant has provided support across DHS and its components in the areas of data governance and stewardship; business and data architectures; conceptual and logical data models; and maintenance of the DHS Enterprise Architecture Information Repository. Our work on the DHS MGMT Cube, a business intelligence reporting platform, helps visualize data and answer department-wide business questions. It reduces data-call response times from weeks or months to just hours, improving visibility into departmental operations and resources. The MGMT Cube was nominated for ACT-IAC’s “Igniting Innovation Award” for its innovative approach to Enterprise Data Management.
